Webb's Reserve resident and longtime trusted friendScott and Gator Property Watch founder Steve Tietjen have known each other for more than 35 years and have worked together on and off during that time. Scott and his wife Amy moved from Ohio to Babcock Ranch in 2025 and made Webb's Reserve their home.
An avid golfer and member of Webb's Reserve Golf Club, Scott is part of the community he serves. Babcock Ranch clients receive personal service from a familiar local representative—not an unfamiliar rotating contractor.
